Lisa Teach

Lisa Teach holds an MBA with Distinction and a BS, Summa Cum Laude, from Rider University. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management at Rider University and previously served as Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, where she created nationally recognized programs, including the Innovation Intensive at Oxford University. Her teaching focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation, strategic management, and leadership, and she co-authored a published case study on franchise growth and decision-making in the North American Case Research Association. Alongside her academic work, Lisa brings deep real-world experience, most recently as CEO of Ample Hills Creamery, leading its successful relaunch, and as founder and operator of multiple Five Guys franchises.
