Handmade: The Art of Storytelling Through Zines New

This hands-on workshop explores the history and art of zines, self-published, non-commercial magazines that have been central to DIY culture, activism, and alternative expression since the early 20th century. Students will learn about the cultural significance of zines and create their own unique publications using techniques like collage, drawing, photography, and writing. 

By the end of the course, students will have produced a personal zine to share with fellow young artists across genres and disciplines, fostering creativity and community.
