Mariana Righi

Mariana Righi is an architect involved in professional practice, academia and research. She received her undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires. She holds a Master of Arts in History and Culture of Architecture from Torcuato di Tella University and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied as a Fulbright Fellow. Her interests center on exploring the relationship among computational design, materials, and advanced manufacturing techniques. She has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Temple and Northeastern Universities and the University of Buenos Aires. She developed her professional practice in Argentina, working on housing projects in the public and private sectors. As a researcher, she was granted the Spitzer fellowship in 2022 at The City College of New York. Previously, she has worked at the Polyhedral Structures Laboratory and the Autonomous Manufacturing Lab at the University of Pennsylvania.
