Tom Reilly

Tom Reilly received his doctorate from Rutgers University in political science and international relations. Tom has held positions at Seton Hall and Lehigh Universities and was most recently a visiting assistant professor at Marist College. His research interests include international relations theory, foreign policy, China, and war.  Most recently, however, Tom has been exploring ways in which domestic conditions affect the decision to engage in external conflict in authoritarian regimes and has published work to this effect in an ongoing effort to complete his book manuscript.
