Devon Peticolas

Devon Peticolas is a Principal Engineer on the Data Science team at Oden Technologies. He runs the team responsible for Oden's machine learning deployment and data science infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

For the past decade, Devon has worked for NYC-based tech startups, where he specialized in getting data science and machine learning out of the notebooks and into real-world applications. He regularly speaks at conferences and meetups about data science, stream processing, and applied machine learning. 

Devon's current focus is on manufacturing and industrial IoT problems, such as labeling periods of process change from time-series sensor data and predicting quality failures. He believes that data science is a lens through which we can inspect every domain's problems.
