Julie Wilcox, MS, is founder of Julie Wilcox Wellness, co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, and author of The Win-Win Diet: How to Be Plant-Based and Still Eat What You Love. She specializes in developing evidence-based nutrition and holistic wellness programming for corporate institutions and nonprofit organizations. Her mission is to empower clients through rigorous, non-judgmental consulting and coaching—helping them achieve their highest level of well-being. As a writer and content creator, Julie’s work has been featured in various publications, on podcasts, and in academic journals.
With over twenty years of experience, Julie is a dedicated educator. She serves as an adjunct professor of nutrition, researcher, and wellness thought leader who develops and teaches interdisciplinary programs integrating clinical and translational science, nutrition, leadership, and integrative health. She bridges academic inquiry with applied practice to advance holistic health and resilience. Through courses and guest lectures at Columbia University, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York University, the Fashion Institute of Technology, and Simmons University, she combines scientific research with practical wellness strategies to enhance learning, performance, and well-being.
Julie earned her MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU, her MFA from the American Film Institute, and her BA from Harvard College. She remains active in the community, serving on the boards of People Ventures and City Meals on Wheels.
