Michael Esposito

Michael Esposito is a senior executive, entrepreneur, and educator with leadership experience across global media and education technology, including senior roles at Pearson where he led initiatives in digital transformation, global content strategy, education technology, and international market growth. He is the founder and CEO of Syntegence, a business incubator and scale-up company that helps technology firms expand into the U.S. market while supporting U.S.-based innovators entering global markets through strategic planning, cross-border business development, operational execution, and cultural alignment. Michael brings a global, cross-industry perspective shaped by extensive experience working with multicultural teams and complex international markets. 

He holds a B.S. from New York University, an MBA from Adelphi University, and a Doctor of Professional Studies in International Business from Pace University. He also teaches International Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Pace University and Economics of Emerging Technologies at Columbia University, combining academic insight with real-world executive experience.
