Abdelali Sajia
Instructor | Pre-College Programs
Abdelali Sajia is a PhD candidate in Physics at the Stevens Institute of Technology, with expertise in theoretical quantum physics, super-resolution, quantum optics, quantum metrology, and quantum retrodiction. Sajia's current research focuses on machine learning applications in quantum imaging and resolution enhancement. He also specializes in super-resolution with classical and quantum entanglement, optimal discrimination of quantum states, and the theoretical foundations of quantum measurement. He is the author of a book chapter (Book: Quantum computers-from Fundamentals to Technology) on quantum entanglement. In addition to his research, he has experience as a physics and mathematics professor at institutions: City College of New York, Kean University, and Stevens Institute of Technology. Before his doctoral studies, Sajia earned a Master's in Physics from the City University of New York and a Master's in Mathematical Physics from Mohammed V University in Morocco, where he also completed his undergraduate degree in Physics. Passionate about sharing knowledge, Sajia believes in teaching the next generation about the fascinating area of quantum physics.
