Ashish Kohli is a seasoned investment banker and private equity professional having worked for the leading global investment banks including Credit Suisse, DLJ, Jefferies and HSBC in NY. He has extensive deal experience in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private placements, initial public offerings, high-yield debt offerings and restructurings. Ashish has extensive teaching experience and has led training seminars globally at various universities including Cambridge, London School of Economics, Northwestern, Columbia, NYU and Richard Ivey. He is a Managing Director at the Wall Street Global Institute in New York. He is a Visiting Professor in the PGP MBA program at the Indian School of Business, ranked among the top 30 MBA programs in the world by the Financial Times, where he voted the Elective Professor of the Year Award for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 by approximately 900 MBA students. He is an Adjunct Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and NYU SPS in New York. He has conducted training programs for many Fortune 500 companies, including leading the investment banking training program in New York and London while he worked for HSBC as well as other corporations and banks including China Merchants Securities, Deutsche Bank, Al Rajhi Bank and United Nations. Ashish earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, the University of Delhi. He is a Chartered Accountant.
