Dr. Amanda P. Díaz is the Interim Director of Student Affairs for High School and Non Degree Programs at Columbia University's School of Professional Studies. As a committed higher education professional championing inclusive excellence and student achievement, she specializes in transforming institutional structures and policies to create equitable learning environments where students from all backgrounds can flourish. Her work bridges institutional advancement with student-centered advocacy — creating campuses that honor varied perspectives and prepare all students for success beyond graduation.
