Feyzi R. Bagirov

Feyzi R. Bagirov is an AI Engineer and Data Science educator with a focus on machine learning, natural language processing, and real-world applications of data-driven technologies. He holds a B.S. in International Economics from Azerbaijan University, and MBA from Babson College, and he is currently completing his Ph.D. in Data Science from Harrisburg University of Science and Technologies with a research focus on sentiment analysis in low-resource languages. Professionally, he has worked as a Senior Consultant for NATO and currently serves as an AI Engineer Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he develops machine learning prototypes and generative AI solutions for his clients. He has also designed and taught university-level courses in programming, data analysis, and artificial intelligence, and he brings a practical, project-based approach to teaching. Passionate about mentoring students, he encourages them to build curiosity-driven, impactful projects that explore how data and algorithms shape our world.
