Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda holds a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University, an MA in Human Resources Management, and a BA from Smith College. She brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership development across the United Nations system and Fortune 500 companies.
She is an executive coach, organizational consultant, and educator specializing in leadership development, career exploration and workplace culture. Her work includes executive coaching, team facilitation, and the delivery of leadership development programs for organizations such as Morgan Stanley, Dell, Novo Nordisk, and Teneo.
Dr. Krug von Nidda is currently an instructor at Stanford University and has previously served as an instructor at IMD Business School in Lausanne and INSEAD in France. She brings an international, research-informed perspective to her teaching. Her forthcoming book, Closing the Fulfillment Gap, is due in 2026
