Kait Arnold

Kait Arnold is a Senior AI Technical Specialist at IBM leading initiatives for financial services clients with a strong focus on AI literacy building. She is an Instructor at Columbia University teaching Data Science and Machine Learning for their Pre-College Program. She is an Adjunct Professor at Fairfield University teaching Artificial Intelligence to graduate students in their Dolan School of Business. She sits on the board for Growth through Learning, a non-profit organization that supports education and development in East Africa by providing full secondary education scholarships. She holds a Master’s in Computational Mathematics & Statistics in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Finance/Information Systems from Fairfield University. Kait specializes in Generative AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics. Her expertise spans diverse functions within the Financial Services Market, such as Private Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Client Services. When not engulfed in AI work, Kait is passionate about yoga, house music, writing, traveling, photography, and art.
