Lashon Pringle

Lashon Pringle earned a BS in Biology from Louisiana State University, and a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and she completed her postdoctoral training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her research focused on understanding the role of a novel inflammatory pathway in the development and progression of pediatric bone and soft tissue tumors. She taught Introductory Biology at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia before embarking on a career in the pharmaceutical industry. As a former Scientific and Medical Strategist for large- and mid-sized pharma, Lashon developed educational and marketing strategies for emerging and established life-saving drugs for a variety of adult and pediatric cancers. She currently works in the consumer health space, where she connects scientific discourse among leading experts with the everyday care needs of billions of people around the globe. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing drums (electric and acoustic), cooking, and traveling abroad.
