Liz McQuillan

Liz McQuillan has built a career out of making machine learning work in real life, with real people. Liz has a decade of experience in ML - both hands on as a research scientist working on NLP, network, and causal methods at the intersection of human behavior and complex sociotechnical systems, as well as in leadership as Director of [Applied Science, ML/DS]. Her work has been published in business and academic venues. Currently, Liz is the Founder of Salt Data Labs, where she consults for and advises companies and government agencies on machine learning. Her clients range from pre-product startups to large public companies, as well as government agencies and academic institutions.
