L “elle” Tong is a strategist and builder helping Fast Company’s Most Innovative startups to Fortune 200 companies disrupting or facing disruption utilize data and technology to grow, resulting in $2B+ in new revenue.
She’s built a 0-$10M and a 0-$100M business, advised digital health and health-tech startups in Optum’s accelerator, and worked as a consultant at Nielsen-Cambridge and Bain & Company.
Currently, she’s working on AI and automation, or Enterprise AI, for a mid-market private equity portfolio business. As an educator, she’s committed to helping students build the necessary frameworks and skills to flourish in a rapidly changing world.
