Michelle Chun

Michelle Chun is a political and legal theorist. She specializes in American Constitutional law, American pragmatism, Jurisprudence, and legal history. She is currently working on a book, titled The Democratic Life of the Law, which explores the history of Anglo-American jurisprudence from the late 19th century up to the late 20th century, through the lens of John Dewey's philosophy. She received a JD and PhD as a dual-degree candidate at Columbia University, and a BA in Social Studies, with highest honors, from Harvard University.
