Ray Pullaro

Ray Pullaro is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning capital markets, investment management, academia, and entrepreneurship. He holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Yale University, an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Studies. Ray spent nearly two decades on Wall Street, first as a derivatives trader at UBS focusing on foreign exchange and fixed income, then as a portfolio manager at Blackstone, where as a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee he managed over $32 billion in assets. In academia, Ray ascended from college professor to Dean at Long Island University where he developed numerous programs to support student success, engaged learning and career progression. Recently, he ventured into fintech as the Chief Communications Officer at Gilded, a startup specializing in digital assets.
