Reginald Kyle

For over 30 years Reggie has advised and invested in middle market businesses throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe and Mexico across a variety of industries and sectors. Reggie is the Managing Partner of e-bitda, LLC an investment banking advisory firm raising capital and providing general corporate advisory and mergers and acquisition services to private middle market companies. He is also a Managing Director at River Park Group. The company partners and invests in companies that have a strong track record, unique value proposition, and a desire to grow.  Before that, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and public and corporate finance transactions in a variety of product and industry groups. Reggie’s professional career started at the Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville, TN as an Earthquake Engineering & Structural Dynamics Analyst, in their Division of Nuclear Engineering, within the Nuclear Power Group.  Reggie holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business.  He also has taught high school, undergraduate and graduate classes at NYU and Virginia Tech.
