Stef Mauler

Stef Mauler is the founder and president of The Mauler Institute and author of The Complete Candidate: A Comprehensive System for Solving the College Admissions Puzzle. As a Certified Educational Planner, she has helped hundreds of high school students craft compelling personal narratives to gain admission to their top-choice colleges.

Before her 15-year career as an educational consultant, Stef designed and facilitated workshops for business professionals, equipping them with the skills to navigate complex conversations with teams, superiors, and peers. At Strategic Management Group, she taught strategy and finance through dynamic computer-based simulations for Fortune 500 companies and higher education programs, including UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Emory’s Goizueta Business School, and Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania. At Corporate Executive Board, she led global research and content delivery teams in supply chain, logistics, quality, and manufacturing, helping senior executives implement new processes to achieve financial and strategic goals.

Drawing from her diverse experience, Stef excels at adapting instruction to varied audiences, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA in economics and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania, and a graduate certificate in college counseling from UC San Diego. She is a professional member of IECA, HECA, AICEP, and NACAC.
