Susan Sun is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in both industry and academia. She has designed and lectured in data science and computer science courses for prestigious institutions and programs, including Columbia University, CUNY Hunter College, General Assembly, and DataCamp.
Her diverse industry experience spans start-ups, corporations, and NGOs, with notable organizations such as Google, The New York Times, DataKind, and USA for UNHCR. Her areas of expertise include data science education and training, the strategic application of data science for business, and consulting for social change through data.
Susan holds a master’s degree in Statistics from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
