T. Craig Sinclair

T. Craig Sinclair is a New York-based design researcher who conducts experiments on space, technology, and perception. He is currently faculty at NYIT and Kean University and was recently a visiting researcher at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Sinclair is pursuing a long-term design research project on the spatial affordances of the deep ocean, for which he won a 2021-2022 Fulbright in Norway. His design and artworks have participated in exhibitions across the globe, including venues like the Istanbul Biennale, Berlin Art Week, and Mediamatic. His writings have been featured in publications like MIT's Thresholds Journal and CLOG. Trained as an architect in Olafur Eliasson's Berlin studio and previously worked on educational and laboratory projects with Ennead Architects. Sinclair received a Master of Architecture I degree from Pratt Institute in 2016 and studied philosophy as an undergraduate at Linfield College in Oregon.
