Caroline Johnson

Instructor | Pre-College Programs

Caroline Johnson is a writer, painter, and MFA Creative Writing candidate at Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts. Her passion lies in telling intergenerational stories across all media, including fiction, journalism, and visual arts. She holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University where she specialized in labor law, organizing, and history. Since then, she's worked as a journalist, namely as the inaugural Revisiting the Rochester Narrative Fellow at USA Today's Democrat and Chronicle and as a reporter at The Ithaca Journal. Throughout her graduate career, she's pursued her love for art inside and outside of the classroom as a teacher and showcased with The BluPrint Archives in Brooklyn, NY.
