Anushka Narayanan

Anushka Narayanan is an avid climate data science researcher. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Cornell University. During her undergraduate, she worked on climate modeling research using machine learning. After completing her undergraduate, Anushka worked at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory investigating tropical cyclone intensification using data science techniques. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at Brown University in the Dept. of Earth, Environmental, and Planetary Sciences, where her research focuses on developing novel interpretable AI techniques for climate and weather applications. She has extensive prior experience teaching Introductory Python and Data Science from her time working as a Mathematics/Computer Science instructor at Juni Learning.
