Logan Aimone
Teacher and Adviser, University of Chicago Laboratory High School
Logan Aimone teaches and advises at the University of Chicago Laboratory High School. He served on the Student Press Law Center Board of Directors from 2017-2023. Previously he was on the SNO Sites team, led the National Scholastic Press Association as executive director, and taught/advised at Wenatchee (Washington) High School. His students have earned top national awards for newspaper, website, and yearbook, including Crowns and Pacemakers. He has received state and national awards for teaching, advising, and freedom of expression. In addition, he is the CSPA 2024 National High School Journalism Teacher of the Year. He is MJE-certified from JEA.
